Are you a PhD student wondering about your first career step?

Do you want to learn tips from professionals about how to showcase YOUR exceptional skills to attract recruiters’ attention?

Do you know how valuable your skillset is for industry?

Two PhD associations ADDAL and Stras’Air are planning an exceptional event: the Networking Meet-up on Transversal Skills of PhD graduates.

During this event, 4 or 5 professionals will give short 5 minute pitches on the topic of transversal skills : which ones are most valuable in industry from their point of view, how PhD candidates can highlight them (in interviews, in industry, at networking events) and why they are important.

The short presentations will be followed by a networking session, and refreshments. During this part of the event, you can seek personal insight from the speakers, find out more about how to develop your skills and get to know the professionals.

The venue will take place on the 9th November 2017 at 7:30pm (19h30) at the Esplanade campus (building and room will be announced later).
