How often do you find yourself unable to take quick decisions because you feel overwhelmed?

Chances are you always keep delaying activities you find unpleasant, boring or difficult. And of course you tend to wait for the last minute to achieve them under stress.

If this sounds familiar, this training is for you.  On May 4th  ADDAL will organize a workshop in english on the topic:

Procrastinator, use your unconscious collaborator!

Come with the 3 most difficult tasks you procrastinate regularly on and receive some tactics and systems you can implement right now to overcome them.

This event is free and open to addal members and guests.  Space is limited to 10 people, so please register only if you can commit to coming.

About the workshop leader

Aubin Heudou Tchihikou is an engineer and personal coach who helps procrastinators to overcome their hidden issues to improve their productivity.  He was inspired by his own experience of procrastination.  For years, fear of fear of hard work, judgement, rejection, guilt of underperforming, shame of failure, procrastination impacted his life in invisible ways that he was not even aware of it for years.  He tried different techniques, but always fell back into old patterns.

Finally, he decided to take a different approach.  Instead of trying to fight against himself, he tried to synchronize with himself, looking for solutions in alignment with his identity and creativity.  After 2 years of reading, self-exploration, trial error and failed experiments, analysis and theorizing, things started looking up. He finally found tactics he could implement, systems relying on only one strategy he could memorize, and habits that stick with less maintenance. Today he shares his technique with others.
