About the workshop leader
Aubin Heudou Tchihikou is an engineer and personal coach who helps procrastinators to overcome their hidden issues to improve their productivity. He was inspired by his own experience of procrastination. For years, fear of fear of hard work, judgement, rejection, guilt of underperforming, shame of failure, procrastination impacted his life in invisible ways that he was not even aware of it for years. He tried different techniques, but always fell back into old patterns.
Finally, he decided to take a different approach. Instead of trying to fight against himself, he tried to synchronize with himself, looking for solutions in alignment with his identity and creativity. After 2 years of reading, self-exploration, trial error and failed experiments, analysis and theorizing, things started looking up. He finally found tactics he could implement, systems relying on only one strategy he could memorize, and habits that stick with less maintenance. Today he shares his technique with others.
